Product Returns
At Hotlamps, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you need to return a projector lamp, please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Authorised Returns
No product can be returned to Hotlamps without a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact our customer service team at 1300 88 11 79 or via our contact page.
Damaged Goods
If you notice that your lamp is damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the package. The courier will return the item for you. If you discover damage after accepting the delivery, please contact us within 7 days at 1300 88 11 79 to report the issue. Items reported as damaged within 7 days are considered Dead on Arrival (DOA) and are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the lamp within 7 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition. A refund will be issued, less any credit card charges and delivery costs. Please note that special order items may not be returnable.
Shipping Items Back
Once your RMA has been issued, you will receive details on where to ship the item. Please ensure the lamp is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance, as Hotlamps is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
