Warranty Period
All projector lamps sold by Hotlamps come with a full Australian manufacturer's warranty, not a third-party warranty. The standard warranty period for lamps is 90 days or 500 hours of use, whichever comes first, unless otherwise specified. This ensures that your lamp is protected against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Extended Warranty
Many of our lamps come with extended warranty of up to 180 days or 500 hours (whichever comes first). To learn more about our extended warranties, please contact our sales department at 1300 88 11 79.
Faulty Goods
If you experience any problems with your projector lamp, please contact our sales team immediately. Faulty lamps can be repaired or replaced under warranty. You may choose to take the lamp to the manufacturer's regional service center or return it to Hotlamps for assessment. Grey Market Warning
Grey market products are imported without the manufacturer's authority, bypassing authorized Australian distributors. These products do not carry a valid Australian manufacturer's warranty, leaving you without proper support if issues arise. Hotlamps does not sell grey market products; all our lamps are sourced directly from authorized channels, ensuring you receive full warranty coverage and support.
