Purchasing Terms
These Terms and Conditions outline the policies under which Hotlamps sells projector lamps to customers (herein called Customer). Please review them carefully before making a purchase.
Validity of Quotations
All quotations for projector lamps are valid for 10 days from the date on the quotation, unless otherwise specified in writing by Hotlamps. In the event of exchange rate fluctuations between the currency of origin and the quoted currency from the time of quotation to the time payment is received, Hotlamps reserves the right to adjust prices at its discretion, and the Customer agrees to meet the revised price. The prevailing exchange rate will be that issued by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for a spot transaction on the day payment is received.
Payment
All projector lamps must be paid for before delivery unless Hotlamps and the Customer have an agreed-upon credit arrangement, in which case the terms of that arrangement apply. Government Departments (including schools) may fax purchase orders to Hotlamps at 02 95911959. Property of the lamps remains with Hotlamps until the purchase price is paid in full, at which point it passes to the Customer. Prior to full payment, the Customer holds the lamps as bailee for Hotlamps, and any proceeds from disposal must be held in trust for Hotlamps.
Cancellation
Orders for projector lamps may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 1 day before the scheduled shipment date. Hotlamps does not charge credit card processing fees for purchases; however, in the event of cancellation, fees paid on the Customer’s behalf will be deducted from the refund. Non-stocked or special order lamps may incur a cancellation fee of up to 40% of the gross order value, payable on the original shipment date.
Limitation of Liability
Hotlamps shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the supply, performance, or use of projector lamps. If Hotlamps is liable for a breach of warranty or condition implied by law that cannot be excluded, liability will be limited to the minimum level permitted under that law.
Site Information
Hotlamps strives to ensure the accuracy of lamp information on our website. However, errors may occur, and we accept no responsibility for inaccuracies. Customers are advised to verify critical details before purchasing, as manufacturers may not always provide correct information. Hotlamps does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information linked to this site. All details are subject to change without notice.
Validity
These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale and purchase of projector lamps unless modified in writing by Hotlamps or superseded by a current written agreement between Hotlamps and the Customer.
Offers
Offers made by the Customer are not binding on Hotlamps until accepted in writing by Hotlamps.
Authorised Returns
No projector lamps may be returned without a Return Authorisation issued by Hotlamps. Opened, damaged, or used lamps will be assessed, and a restocking fee may apply based on condition. Refunds, less credit card charges, are offered only for lamps in original, unopened, and unused condition. Hotlamps reserves the right to refuse refunds in certain instances.
Severability
If any term herein is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain unaffected and enforceable.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
